Hi! Here are the Q4 deliverables, let me know what you think.
Teams
One account for the whole team.
Everyone gets their own 1TB and sends under the same brand. Admins keep track of who sends what.
- Members and roles
- Invite people by email as admins or members. Add or remove seats as the team changes.
- Every transfer in one place
- Admins see all transfers and file requests across the team. When someone leaves, their transfers stay with the team.
- Activity feed
- See who joined, who sent what and what got deleted over the last 90 days.
- Shared branding, one bill
- Brand profiles and your custom domain are shared by everyone, and every seat is on the same invoice.

Robin
Founder of Transfer.zip
Transfer.zip is an independent service without shareholders to appease. We put our energy into making file transfers fast, reliable, and simple, and we keep prices low by not carrying the overhead of a large corporation.
In a world where your data has become the product, where companies now train AI on your content and sell your information to advertisers, we believe your files should stay yours.
- We will never train AI on your content.
- We will never sell your data.
- We will never put shareholders before users.
